Harry H. Pausch Sr.

Harry H. Pausch Sr., 81. Akron, died Wednesday (July 15,1981). in a hospital in Akron.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in St. Paul Lutheran church, rural Merrill. Rev. Alfred Walck will officiate. Burial will be in St. Paul Lutheran cemetery under direction of the Mauer funeral home of Le Mars.

Mr. Pausch was born July 20, 1899, at rural Merrill to Henry and Ida Braune Pausch, and was a lifelong resident of Plymouth county.

He married Mabel Blackmore Dec. 31, 1932, at Hopkins. Mo. The couple farmed in Plymouth county. He entered the care center at Akron in 1976.

Mr. Pausch was a member of St. Paul Lutheran church.

Survivors are his wife: two sons. Harry Jr. of Le Mars and Ronald of Sioux Falls; two daughters. Mrs. David (Delores) Hansen of Stanton, Neb., and Mrs. Robert (Loretta) Lubben of Le Mars; a brother, Carl of Le Mars, and a sister. Mrs. Elsie Hewitt of Hecla, S.D.; 13 grandchildren and a great grandchild.
