Raymond Beck

Raymond H. Beck, 72, 4209 Polk St., died Friday at a Sioux City hospital.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Calvary Lutheran Church. Rev. Ronald B. Flentgen will conduct services. A prayer service is scheduled for 7 p.m. today at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park.

Mr. Beck was born on April 13, 1910, in Lincoln Township near Hinton, Iowa. He married Nettie E. Ferguson on March 14, 1942, in Hinton and farmed near Merrill, Iowa, until 1972. He and his family later moved to Sioux City.

He was a member of the Calvary Lutheran Church.

Survivors are his wife; three sons, Dennis of Columbus, Neb., and Roger and Terry of Sioux City, and three grandchildren.
