Charles Floyd John Jennings, 94, of Republic, Mo., died Monday morning, Jan. 30, 2012, in St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Mo.
Charles was born Oct. 10, 1917, in Le Mars, the son of Walter and Esther (Taylor) Jennings.

Charles is survived by his children, Ray Jennings, Sandra Jennings; his grandchildren, Cheri Wine, Troy Jennings, Catina Sauder, Kami Means, Tyler Jennings, and Olivia Jennings; 13 great-grandchildren and his sister, Leona Strong.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his spouse Bonnie; his son, Clayton Jennings and a great-grandchild, Meghann Jennings.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today (Wednesday) in Republic Church of the Nazarene in Republic, Mo. Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday in the church under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home Springfield, Mo. Committal services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Resthaven Memory Gardens in Le Mars.
