Old Resident Remsen Community Dies Saturday.
Mrs. Peter Rann, well known resident of Remsen, died Saturday after an illness resulting from a fall. The Rann family were pioneer residents of Meadow township, living on the farm now operated by their son, Frank. They moved to Remsen many years ago.
Funeral services will be held at the Evangelical church in Remsen Tuesday afternoon and will be in charge of the pastor, Rev. Paul Wuebben. – Le Mars Semi-Weekly Sentinel, June 11, 1940, page 3.
