Last Rites for Nonagenarian.
Funeral services were held Monday in Remsen for Mrs. William Sievers of Wilmont, Minn., aged 93. She lived in Remsen vicinity forty years before leaving to live in Minnesota.
Surviving Mrs. Sievers are her sons, August B. and George P. Sievers, both of Wilmont, and three grandchildren – William J. Sievers of Wilmont, Edmund Sievers and Mrs. Lindea Nichols of Minneapolis, and a number of great-granchchildren. – Le Mars Semi-Weekly Sentinel, May 24, 1940, page 1.
