John Roy Braun

Young Farmer Dies at Akron

Death claimed John Roy Braun, 30, of Akron vicinity, at his home, June 17. Mr. Braun had been in poor health for ten years. He was engaged in farming with his parents.

He was born in Plymouth county January 2, 1906, and spent his entire life here.

He leaves to mourn his death his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Braun, two brothers, Frank, of Merrill, Clarence, of LeMars, three sisters, Mrs. Charles Russell, Mrs. Charles Oltmanns, of LeMars, and Irene Braun, living at home. A brother, Walter, preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held this Friday morning at St. Patrick's church in Akron, and interment made in St. Joseph cemetery in LeMars.
