DEWEY BAINBRIDGE DIES AT FLANDREAU
Funeral services for Dewey L. Bainbridge, M. were Saturday at the Skroch Chapel at Flandreau, S.D., with Rev. Harold Fitch, pastor of the Flandreau Methodist church, officiating. Burial was in the Flandreau cemetery.
Mr. Bainbridge, a former Kingsley area resident, died Thursday at a Flandreau hospital. He was born July 19, 1899. at Kingsley. He grew to manhood in that area and was married to Wilma Alger at Le Mars, on Dec. 5, 1923. They farmed in Plymouth county until moving to Moody County, S.D., in 1954. He retired three years ago, but continued to live on his farm.
Survivors are the widow; a daughter, Shirley Bainbridge at home; a son, Jay of Le Mars; two brothers, Carl of Kingsley and Lloyd of Pierson; and two sisters, Mrs. Ed Murray and Mrs. Alice Roepke, both of Kingsley.
