Wm. Lundberg Dies After Heart Attack While Driving Car
Special funeral services for William A. Lundberg, 49, who died of a heart attack while driving a car in the street at Atlantic, Iowa, where he was in business with his brother were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, at Wesley Methodist Church in Akron. Rev. Donald James officiated and burial was in Riverside Cemetery here.
The Rossow funeral home had charge of arrangements. Members of Freedom lodge 434, A, F, & A. M. conducted Masonic rites at the graveside,
Mr. Lundberg was born Nov. 19, 1904, at Alcester, S, D., but had resided in the Akron community most of his life. Ho formerly operated the Lundberg Trucking Co., there.
About two years ago he went to Atlantic, where he was in the tire business with his brother.
He was a member of Rynosa lodge 271, A. F. & A. M. and Shrine club, both of Atlantic; Sioux City Consistory 5, and Abu-Bekr Shrine in Sioux City.
Survivors are the widow, Mary; two daughters, Beverly and Barbara, both at home; his father, A. W. of Merrill, and two brothers, Howard of Atlantic and Melvin of Walnut, Calif..
