Ernest Beitelspacher, 70, of Le Mars . died Sunday, January 12, in a hospital in Orange City. Services were at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 15, in Christ Lutheran Church in Grant Township, rural LeMars. The Rev. Jack Heberd officiated Burial was in the church cemetery. A prayer service was in Mauer Johnson Funeral Home in LeMars.

Beitelspacher was born April 1, 1915, in Sioux County. He was a farmer and trucker. He married Esther Susemihi September 4, 1938, in LeMars.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Dean and Gene, both of LeMars; a brother, John "Jack" of LeMars; a sister, Mrs. Louis (Louise) Toel of Le Mars, and six grandchildren.
