Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 from Ross funeral home and at 2 o'clock from the Trinity Lutheran church in Hawarden with Rev. C. A. Burkhart in charge for William F. Heuer, former northwest of Ireton farmer, who died following a heart attack last Wednesday afternoon at the farm of his daughter, Mrs. Gladys Ge Bauer, at Akron.

Mr. Heuer was 55 years of age and resided on the farm until September 1942, when he moved to Hawarden.

He was married to Eva Witt, February 6, 1913, who survives; also two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Ge Bauer of Akron and Mrs. Bernice Bradley of Hawarden, two sons, Wm. and Orville Heuer of Hawarden, one brother, Fred Heuer of Hawarden, and four sisters, Mrs. Herman Gradert, Mrs. Albert Klumb and Mrs. Emil Steinfadt of Hawarden and Mrs. Chris Westergard of Ireton.
