Barnum, infant son died 1879

An infant son of Henry Barnum, who lives in Ferry township, was killed on Sunday by being thrown from a wagon.

The child with its mother was in the wagon when the team became frightened and ran away. In going over a piece of rough ground the littlo fellow was jolted out of the wagon and striking upon the frozen ground, was instantly killed.
