Mrs. Hans Willer, south of town, mourns the death of her brother, William Heitman, of Remsen, who passed away in a hospital at Sioux City, Tuesday of the last week, following an operation for intestinal trouble, age the age of 49 years. Besides his widow, he is survived by a son Clarence, and daughter, Viola, and two brothers and two sisters. The funeral was held at Remsen, Saturday, which was attended by members of the Hans Willer family. – Akron Register Tribune, April 6, 1933, page 8.
