Jack, the ten year old son of Mr, and Mrs, Tom Sweeney, passed away at St. Joseph's hospital in Sioux City Thursday morning, death being caused from meningitis.

He leaves to mourn his death, his parents, eight brothers three sisters and a large number of relatives and friends. Funeral services were held Friday morning at ten thirty, at Ellendale, Father Connolly, of Merrill, officiated. The body was laid to rest in the Ellendale cemetery.
