NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS. REMSEN. (From the Bell).
The wife of Mr. Peter Hansen, died of old age at the home of her son-in-law Mr. John Tonsfeldt of Meadow township Tuesday, August 4. Last winter, deceased celebrated with her surviving husband their gold wedding. – Le Mars Semi-Weekly Sentinel, Aug. 7, 1891, page 4.
