Stanley M. Neal, a former Akron resident passed away suddenly February 17th at his home in Sun Valley, California.

He was born July 19, 1910 and at the time of his death was 63 years, 6 months and 28 days of age. His parents were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Neal who formerly lived in Akron. Stanley served with the Second Infantry Division during World War II.

Left to mourn his passing are his daughter, Mary Ann Beck and two granddaughters, his mother, Mrs. Frank Neal of San Bernardino, 3 sisters, Beatrice Nelson and Alueathy Brown both of San Bernardino, Helen Davidson of Canoga Park, 4 brothers, Wayne of Torrance, Verle of El Centro, Meril of Fontana and Jay of Gardena, all in California.

He was preceded in death by his father, a brother, Donald, and an infant brother.

Memorial services were held at Eckerman Heisman Funeral Chapel in Burbank.

Interment was private at the Veteran Administration Cemetery in West Los Angeles.
