Life’s End. F.K. GRIEPENBURG, FORMERLY OF REMSEN, DIES IN PENNSYLVANIA.
Funeral services for F. K. Griepenburg, 67, longtime resident of Remsen who died Saturday at a Sewickley, Pa., hospital will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Moeller funeral home at Remsen.
Rev. Paul Wuebben, pastor of St. Paul Lutheran church, will officiate. Burial will in the Remsen city cemetery. Gravside Masonic rites will be performed.
Mr. Griepenburg was born Nov. 30, 1897, at Remsen, and was a heavy-equipment operator for the county at Remsen. He moved to Pennsylvania two months ago and married Edna Shirk there Aug. 13, 1965.
He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran church, Sioux City Consistory 5 and Seba Lodge, 463, AF and AM, of Marcus.
