Alma Fakes of Dodge City, Kansas died July 11,1973 after a long illness.

The former Alma Anderson was born in Union County, S.D. on Dec. 17, 1905. Her parents were Nora and Martin Anderson. She was a graduate of Akron High School. She married Dallas Fakes on Dec. 17, 1938. Funeral services were held at Christ The King Lutheran Church, Dodge UV Kansas on July 14, 1973. Burial was in Fairmont Cemetery, Jetmore, Kansas

She is survived by her husband, five brothers, Edwin and Elmer of bank, S.D., Norman of Beresford, Henry and Paul of Elk Point, S-D, sisters, Mabel Ruppert of Austin, and Alvena Albert of Sioux City, Ia..
