DEATH CALLS MRS. MULLER WEDNESDAY
HAD LIVED HERE FOR HALF CENTURY

Mrs. Mary Ann Muller died Wednesday, July 2, at her home, 19 Fourth Avenue SE, after a brief illness.

Mary Ann Kettel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John P. Kettel, was born in Luxembourg, Sept. 11, 1870, came to Plymouth county when she was 19 and lived in this county until her death. She was married in Remsen, September 18, 1894, to Peter Muller, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Gus Feller, Mrs. Ed. Roling, Mrs. J. C. Bohlke, Mrs. Peter Bohlke, all of LeMars; four sons, Lee, of San Francisco, Calif., Nick, Peter, and Roman all of LeMars; one brother, John Kettel, in Luxembourg. Fifteen grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive her. Two sons preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic church in LeMars at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, July 5, with Msgr. J.D. Fisch officiating, and burial will be at St. Mary’s cemetery in Remsen. The remains will be at the residence until the hour for the funeral. Wiltgen’s are in charge.
