MRS. GEORGE MOUNT

LE MARS, Iowa—Mrs. George Mount, 70, of LeMars died Saturday at her home in LeMars.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in First United Methodist church in LeMars. The Rev. Robert Robinson will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. today with the family present from 7-8 p.m. in the Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home in LeMars.

Mrs. Mount, the former Dorothy Wallace, was born Feb. 11, 1916, at Melcher. She married George Mount Sept. 14, 1939, at Des Moines. The couple had lived in LeMars since 1941 where they operated Mount Drug Store.

She was a member of First United Methodist church and Chapter AO TTT Society.

Survivors include her husband; a son, John, of Kaneohe, Hawaii; a daughter, Joan Kroepel, of LeMars; two sisters, Edna Wallace and Ferne Williams, both of Melcher; a brother, Frank of Melcher, and four grandchildren.
