Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Witt residing near Alton have the sympathy of their Remsen friends in their late bereavement, the loss of their newly born daughter, whose body was laid to rest in Remsen cemetery yesterday. – Remsen Bell-Enterprise, April 30, 1914, page 4.
