Mr. and Mrs. Nis Kloster mourn the loss of the four months old baby, Harriet Jean, who passed away Sunday evening. – Le Mars Globe-Post, October 10, 1929, page 17.

Mr. and Mrs. Nick [Nis] Kloster mourn the loss of their baby daughter, who passed away Saturday. The little one had been poorly from birth. The funeral was held at the home Tuesday at 2 o’clock. They have the sympathy of the community. – The Semi-Weekly Sentinel, October 11, 1929, page 6.

Note: Harriet Jean Kloster is buried in the Remsen Community (City) Cemetery. She was the daughter of Nis “Red” Kloster and Emma Joann (Smeenk) Kloster.
