Mrs. Mary Pereboom, Resident Near Craig For Many Years, Died

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Pereboom, 80, a resident of Sioux City 20 years who died Tuesday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Tillie Schuldt, after an illness of several weeks, were held at 1 p. m., Thursday at Grace Lutheran church. Rev. Lee Sabrowsky officiated. Burial was at Craig.

She was born August 10, 1869, in Madison county, Ill., and was married to Henry Pereboom at Nokomis, Ill., in 1894. The Perebooms farmed for many years near Craig, Iowa. He died at Craig in 1921.

Mrs. Pereboom was a member of Grace Lutheran church.

Survivors include two other daughters, Mrs. Cordia Schuldt, Long Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Rose Janssen of Nokomis; three grandchildren and a brother, William Buechsenschuetz of Nokomis.
