Mrs. Emil (Emma) Schuette, 74, Plymouth county native, died Tuesday (Nov. 13, 1979) at her home in Craig after a long illness.

Emma Wilhelmina Oloff was born Aug. 10, 1904, in Plymouth county to Fred H. and Greta Popken Oloff. She was married Feb. 23, 1930, at Craig to Emil Schuette. He died Aug. 14, 1974. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran church, Craig. Mrs. Schuette had lived on a farm near Craig and moved into Craig 13 years ago.

Services will be Thursday at 1:30 p. m. at St. John's church, Craig, with Rev. William Gregerson officiating. Burial will be in St. John's cemetery under direction of the Mauer funeral home in Le Mars.

Survivors are a son. Dale Schuette, Craig; two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Ruth) Ohlrichs, Merrill, and Ellen Schuette at home; five grandchildren and a brother Emral Oloff, Davenport.
