Life's End. Mrs. George Doherty Dies at Sioux City.
Mrs. George (Lillian) Doherty, 1501 Nebraska St., Sioux City, died Saturday night at a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness.
A longtime resident of Sioux City, she lived in Le Mars before going to Sioux City.
Her husband, George Charles Doherty, died in 1944 in Sioux City. She was a member of Cathedral of the Epiphany.
Survivors are a sister, Mrs. Celia Weber of Sioux City; three brothers, Peter Mullong of Sioux City, Dr. Charles Mullong of San Francisco, and John Mullong in Canada; a granddaughter, and two great-grandchildren.
The body was taken to the Nelson-Berger Northside funeral home, Sioux City. - Le Mars Daily Sentinel, March 19, 1968, page 5
