HENRY BOGENRIEF IS CALLED BY DEATH

Former Resident of This County Passes Away At University Hospital In Omaha

Death called Henry Bogenrief at the age of 51 years, 10 months and 12 days, at the University hospital in Omaha, Saturday evening at 6 o'clock. Death was due to pernicious anemia. Deceased entered the hospital at Omaha a short while ago, and has been in poor health for the last two months.

The remains will be shipped to Le Mars tonight, and burial will be made in the Melbourne Cemetery, beside his brother, B. F. Bogenrief and son, Frank Bogenrief. Funeral arrangements have not been made.

Deceased was born in Kent. Ill., on July 18, 1871 and came to this county when a youth. He farmed practically all of his life on farms near Hinton and Merrill.

He is survived by two sons, W. H. Bogenrief, Leeds; Clarence Bogenrief, Sioux City, and the following brothers and sisters: W. O. Bogenrief, Merrill; D. O. Bogenrief, Merrill; J. E. Bogenrief, Altamont. S. D.; S. A. Bogenrief, Winnebago, Minn.; J. O. Bogenrief, Orjonville, Minn.; A. J. Gerling, Le Mars and Mrs. H. B. Conover, Le Mars.

Deceased enjoyed the acquaintance of many friends and was a good citizen of the community. He was a prosperous farmer and will be missed by all his friends.
