MRS. LESLIE MARTIN OF SIOUX CITY DIES

Funeral services for Mrs. Leslie H. Martin, 71, Sioux City, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the W. Harry Christy Huneral Home in Morningside.

Rev. Dwight E. Webster of Wesley Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Melbourne Cemetery near Hinton.

Mrs. Martin died Monday at a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness.

Mrs. Martin was born May 10, 1896, at Correctionville. The former Bessie J. Cooper, she spent most of her life at Moville before her marriage to Mr. Martin in 1916 in Sioux City. They moved to Sioux City in 1923 and lived there since except for a few years at Smithland and Merrill. Mr. Martin died in Sioux City on Jan. 8, 1967. Mrs. Martin was a member of the Trimble Methodist Church.

Survivors are one son, Ralston (Bud) Martin of Whittier, Calif.; one daughter, Mrs. George (Eulalia) Schindel of Merrill; two sisters, Mrs. Charles F. Davis and Mrs. John Davidson, both of Sioux City; two grandchildren and one great-grandson.
