Funeral services for Everett E. Stinton, 67, who died Sunday at a hospital at Akron after a sickness of several months, were at 2 p.m. Thursday at Wesley Methodist church. Rev. Donald Roberts, officiated. Burial was in Adaville Cemetery, east of Akron, under the direction of the Lewison Funeral Home.

Mr. Stinton was born May 10, 1895, in Plymouth County. He married Lillian Hines on August 12, 1914, at Sioux City. They resided on farms in the Merrill and Akron communities.

Survivors include the widow;3 sons; Lloyd of Ashland, Neb., Cletus of Sioux City, and Dwaine of Cortex, Colorado; a daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Rozell of LeMars, Iowa; 2 sisters, Mrs. Laura Olson and Mrs. Veta Ruion, of Bell, California; and 15 grandchildren.
