Former Adaville Resident Passes
A. W. Kellogg Well Known In County
A. W. Kellogg, 59, Lawton, a resident of Woodbury and Plymouth Counties all his life, died Friday night in an Iowa City hospital after ten days illness. Death followed an operation.
Mr. Kellogg was born in Woodbury County February 14, 1883.
He is survived by the widow, Annie; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Warren of Pasadena, Cal. and Miss Doris Kellogg of Lawton; two sons, Raymond and Clifford, both of San Diego, Cal.; two sisters, Mrs. Ella Spencer of Baxter Springs, Kan., and Mrs. Owen Taylor of Sioux City, and one grandchild.
The funeral services will be held this Tuesday afternoon at 2 p. m in the Nelson-Berger Funeral Home, Sioux City. Rev. L. B.- Foster, pastor of the United Brethren Church at Adaville, will officiate. Burial will be in the Adaville cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Harvey Herman, Jas. Easton, William Trometer, Roy Orr, Gus Engerman and Oscar Chapelle.
