Mrs. Charles .J. Schuldt, 75, Sioux City, died Tuesday (Nov. 19, 1974) at a Sioux City nursing home after a short illness. Services will be at 1 p. m. Thursday at the Grace Evangelical Lutheran church with Rev. Richard J. Kuckhahn, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery under direction of the W. Harry Christy funeral home in Morningside.

Mrs. Schuldt, the former Florence A. Buhman. was born Dec. 13, 1898, at Charter Oak. She lived at Merrill, for a short time and was married to Mr. Schuldt in September, 1918, at Dakota City. They lived in Sioux City after their marriage. Mr. Schuldt died in 1965 in Sioux City. Mrs. Schuldt was a charter member of the Grace Evangelical Lutheran church.

Survivors are a son, Myron L. of Sioux City; three daughters, Mrs. Eunice Smith of Minneapolis, Mrs. Don (Marilee) Jacobson of Fort Pierce, Fla., and Mrs. Arlen (Carol) Edmisten of South Sioux City ;four brothers, Charles of Smithland, John of Correctionville, and Henry and Max, both of Sioux City; 23 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
