James Cliff, 64, Kingsley, Ia. died Monday at a Le Mars hospital after a brief sickness.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday (today) at the Kingsley Methodist church. Rev. Loren Parman of Union Township Presbyterian Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Kingsley Cemetery under direction of the Dickison Funeral Home at Kingsley.

Mr. Cliff was born October 21, 1893 in Union Township, Plymouth County. He farmed most of his life in Plymouth County. He married Jennie Pratt January 16, 1915 at Le Mars.

Survivors include the widow; a son, Laurell and a daughter Cherry, both at home; and a daughter, Mrs. Aileen Munig of Hawkinsville, Ga; two brothers, Bert of Le Mars, and Earnest of Washburn, Wis., two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Pratt of Sioux City and Mrs. Hazel McKinzie of Lynch, Neb.
