MRS. ESTHER SHEARER WAS ADAVILLE NATIVE

Mrs. Esther L. Shearer, 55, Sioux City, died Friday at the residence after a long illness.

Mrs. Shearer was born April 15, 1906, at Adaville. She was married to R. Fay Shearer June 9, 1926. Mrs. Shearer had lived in Sioux City since her marriage.

Survivors include the widower; two sons, Wendell R. of Sioux City and Marvin J. of Des Moines; two sisters, Mrs. Elin Peterson of Kadoka, S. D., and Mrs. Elsie Nelson of Westfield, and a brother, E. Linnert Anderson of Omaha.

Funeral services were at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the W. Harry Christy funeral home in Morningside.

Rev. Loren Parker of Westminster Presbyterian Church officiated and burial was in the Adaville cemetery.
