WILLIAM D. FLICK

William D. Flick, 77, 306 Market street, a resident here for 50 years, died at a hospital here Wednesday night after a long illness.

Mr. Flick was born August 20, 1872, at Corsica, Pa. He moved to Sioux City in 1899 where he was employed as a stationary engineer before retiring several years ago.

Survivors include two sons, Leonard D. of Whitten, Ia., and Albert C. of Sioux City; three daughters, Mrs. Russell Dailey of Stroudsburg, Pa., Mrs. Ed Brown of Sioux City, and Mrs. William Miller, of Portland, Ore.; two brothers, Ellsworth in California, and John of Tyndall, S.D.; four sisters, Mrs. Maude Bingham of Sioux Falls, Mrs. Laura Mapp in California, and Mrs. Henry Johnson and Mrs. Virgil Robinson, both of Yankton, S.D.; 22 grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

The Heaton funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
