Nelle M. Fletcher

Nelle M. Fletcher, 97, Sioux City, died Wednesday, June 24, 1992, at Matney Morningside Manor after a short illness.

Services were Saturday at Christy Morningside funeral home with Rev. E. D. Pappadackis of Third Presbyterian church, officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park cemetery.

Mrs. Fletcher, the former Nelle Magee, was born June 14, 1895, in Akron, Iowa. She was the oldest of eight children. She grew up in Akron and moved to Sioux City in about 1915. She married Raymond Fletcher. He died March 29, 1948.

Survivors include a son, Robert Fletcher of Sioux City; a daughter, LaVerna Hart of Palm Springs, Calif.; a brother, Ralph Farrin of Oregon; and four grandchildren.
