MRS. DENA DIEDIKER
EXPIRES AT HOSPITAL
— RITES SATURDAY

Mrs. Dona Diediker, 69. Lynn
apartments, died Thursday at
Sacred Heart hospital after several
months of ailing health.

She had been hospitalized five
weeks.

Funeral services for the lifelong
Le Mars vicinity resident
will be at 2 a.m. Saturday at
St. Peter Lutheran church,
Brunsville. Rev. Cyril Jandrey
will officiate. Burial will be in
Christ Lutheran cemetery,
Grant township, under the direction
of Mauer's funeral home.

Dena Johnson was born April 7,
1894, near Le Mars. Her marriage
to Samuel Diediker took
place Jan. 6, 1918. on a farm
near here. Mr. Diediker died
in 1959.

Surviving are four children:
Henry of Covina, Calif., Donald
W. of Le Mars, Mrs. Robert
(Myrtle) Jones of Denver and
Mrs. Darrell (Inas) Palmer of
Akron; 10 grandchildren and
two brothers, Edward Johnson
of Le Mars and Martin Johnson
of Craig. She was preceded in
death by her parents, two brothers
and a sister.
