Russell D. Campbell

Russell Dean Campbell, 21, of rural Kingsley, died Monday (Feb. 8. 1982)
at his home.

Services will be at 10:30a.m. Thursday in the First Lutheran church. Rev.
Walter Resner will officiate. Burial will be in the Kingslev cemetery under
the direction of the Michaelson funeral home of Kingsley.

Mr. Campbell was born July 23, 1960, in Le Mars and was a lifelong
Kingsley area resident. He graduated from Kingsley-Pierson high school
in 1978 where he participated in wrestling and football for four years.

He was a member of FFA and the First Lutheran church of Kingsley.
Survivors are his parents. Mr. and Mrs. Jerald Campbell of Pierson; two
brothers, Roger of Kingsley and Lee at home; three sisters. Leann. Martins-
ville. Ind.. Kristen and Marsha, both at home: maternal grandmother, Mrs.
Alfred Niebuhr of Paullina; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Haswell Campbell
of Kingsley, and great-great grandmother, Mrs. Stella Grubb of Kingsley, Iowa.

The death was ruled a suicide.
