William DeRocher,
Sioux Township
Farmer, Succumbs

William Patrick DeRocher, a lifelong resident of Sioux township, died Tuesday at his home following a short sickness. Mr. DeRocher was born March 17, 1888, in that township, and had spent his entire life in that community and was a member of the Catholic church of Ellendale.

Surviving are his widow, Mary; his mother, Mrs. Hannah DeRocher; two sons, William and Raymond, both of Westfield; two daughters, Mrs. Carol Thomas of San Diego and a daughter of Westfield; a brother, John of Merrill; and two sisters, Mrs. Nora Banks of Westfield and Mrs. Henry Beaulieu of Merrill.

Funeral services were held at 10 a. m. Thursday in St, Joseph's Catholic church at Ellendale, Rev. Zeno Reising officiating. Burial was at Ellendale.
