Donald K. Chilton jr.

Donald Keith Chilton jr. 46. of Westficld.
died Thursday (May 21.1981) in
a Sioux City hospital of a long illness.

Services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday in
W. Harry Christy funeral home. 1801
Morningside Ave. in Sioux City. Rev.
Donald N. Bardole. pastor of Merrill
Adaville United Methodist church,
officiated. Burial was in Memorial
Park cemetery, Sioux City.

Mr. Chilton was born Dec. 11, 1934,
in Hornick. He moved to Lawton at
age 14. He lived there 16 years and
moved to Westfield. He married Linda
K. Hilts June 25.1955, in Sioux City. He
had been a farmer most of his life.
He served in the army from 1957 to
1959 and in the army reserve until 1963.
He was of the Methodist faith and a
member of the South Sioux City
Eagles.

Survivors are his wife: one son.
Kevin K. at home: one daughter. Mrs.
Kevin (Shelly) Papenhausen of Westfield;
his mother, Mrs. Freda Chilton
of Westfield and one grandson.
