Joyce Marie Schlesser. 10, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Milo Schlesser, Maurice, died
Sunday at her home in Maurice after a
13-month illness. She was a fourth grade
student at Gehlen grade school.

She was born Feb. 15,1959, in Le Mars.
Her mother was the former Marcella
Rotering.

Mass of the Angels will be sung at St.
Joseph Catholic church, Struble, at 10 a.m.
Wednesday with Rev. Richard Kielbasa
officiating. Burial will be in the church
cemetery under direction of the Luedtke
funeral home.

Friends may call at the funeral home
after noon Tuesday. A prayer service will
be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Six cousins will be casket bearers.
Survivors are her parents; two brothers,
David and Thomas, and a sister, Julia, all at
home; the maternal grandmother, Mrs.
Albin Rotering, Carcadia, Wis., and
paternal grandfather. John Schlesser,
Struble.
