Ivan Arthur Finzen, II, 56, of Westfield,
died Saturday (Aug. 16, 1980), at
his home of an apparent heart attack.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday
at Immanuel Lutheran church in
Akron. Rev. Marvin Mueller will
officiate.

A prayer service will be conducted
at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Schroeder
funeral home of Akron, Burial will be
in Riverside cemetery in Akron.

Mr. Finzen was born April 20, 1925,
at Akron. He married Elizabeth Gra-
ham on Sept. 15, 1945. at Cherokee.

Mr. Finzen farmed in the Westfield
area his entire life. The last two
and one-half years he worked for
Dubuque Meat Packing Co. in Le
Mars. He was a member of the Lions
club.

Survivors are his wife; two daughters,
Suzanne Clark of Westfield and
Mrs. Dave (Jeannette) Helmrichs of
Orange City: three sons. Ivan Arthur
III, of Akron, Ronald and Matthew
both at home: his mother. Mrs. Rozelle
Finzen of Akron: four grandsons
and one granddaughter; two brothers.
Arvin of Akron and Arlo of Holtwood.
Penn: two sisters. Mrs. Clayton
(Eunice) Howard of Phoenix, and
Mrs. Ray (Ardis) Burdett of Tacoma.
