GERD PECKS, 82, RITES HELD TUESDAY
WAS LIFELONG RESIDENT

Funeral services for Gerd Pecks, 82, lifelong Plymouth county resident, were at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Luken funeral home here. Rev. Clarence Nagle pastor of St. Peter Lutheran church at Brunsville officiated Burial was in the Brunsville cemetery.

Mr. Pecks died Friday at the Plymouth county home after a short illness.

He was born May 29, 1884, on a farm in Plymouth county. He farmed until 1946 when he moved to Le Mars.

Survivors are two daughters, Evelyn Pecks of Le Mars, and Mrs. Roy Plueger of Verdi, Minn., two sons, Herman and Fred, both of Le Mars; six grandchildren, and six great- [copy ends here]

GERD PECKS RITES ARE HELD TUESDAY

Funeral services for Gerd Pecks, 82, Le Mars, were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Luken funeral home here. Burial was in the Brunsville cemetery. Mr. Pecks died at Sacred Heart hospital Friday after a short illness. He had been a resident at Brentwood home.

In the death notice published earlier in the Daily Sentinel it had been reported Mr. Pecks died at the Plymouth county home.
