Funeral services were held at St. John American Lutheran church hear Akron at 2 p.m. Saturday tor Mrs. Meta Grosenheider, 73, a life­long resident of Plymouth county, who died at a LeMars hospital No­vembor 28 after a long illness.

Services Were conducted by the Rev. Conrad Guetzfoff and burial was made in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Grosenheidcr had resided on a farm near Ireton.

She was married June 6, 1907, to Robert F. Grosenheider near Le Mars.

Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Mrs. Fred Popken, Mrs. Harry Oetken and Mrs. Rich­ard Jones, all of Akron, and Mrs. Carl Mammen of Merrill; two sons, Fred and Robert, Jr. both of Ireton: 14 grandchildren, a brother; and two sisters.
