Mrs. George Noble, 65, of rural Pipestone, Minn., a native of the Le Mars area died Friday at the
Pipestone hospital.Services were at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the First Lutheran Church, Pipestone, with the Rev. Richard Gilman officiating. Burial was in the Ireton Cemetery under direction of the Lindquist Funeral Home at Pipestone.
Mrs. Noble, the former Clara Beitelspacher, was born May 21, 1912 near Le Mars. She attended school in the Le Mars area and was married Sept. 27, 1930 in Craig. They farmed in Plymouth County until 1954 when they moved to a farm in Sioux County. They moved to a farm in Altona Township near Pipestone in 1959.
Survivors include the widower; two daughters, Mrs. Paul (Lois) Barnhart of Pine Bluff, Ark. and Mrs. Ray (Blanche) Zigtema of Le Mars; four sons, Arnold of Fort Bragg, N.C., Harvey and Lee, both of Pipestone and Lyle of Superior, Neb.; 20 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Fred of Rockwell City and Henry of Brunsville; and three sisters, Mrs. Henry (Marie) Buchholz of Phoenix, Ariz., Mrs. Dick (Anna) Janssen of Hawarden and Mrs. Jurgen(Katherine) Harms of Ireton.
