Jeffrey Scott Kelley, 10, 1020 Whitcher Ave., died Monday (March 11, 1985) in a Sioux City hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Riverside Lutheran Church. The Rev. James Sandvik will officiate. Burial will be in Logan Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today in the Berkemier Funeral Home.

Jeffrey was born August 28, 1974, in Sioux City. He was a fifth grade student at Riverview School.

He was a member of Riverside Lutheran Church, the church Sunday School, Mariner’s Swim Club, Sioux City Boys Club and the Talented and Gifted Program.,

Survivors include his parents, Thomas and Regina Kelley of Sioux City; a brother, Shawn at home; maternal grandparents, Tom and Joan Bohlke of Hinton, Iowa; maternal great-grandparents, Fred and Leona Utesch of Sioux City; paternal grandparents, John and Xaveris Kelley of Akron, Iowa.

Memorials have been established in Jeffrey’s name with the Riverview School Library and Riverside Lutheran Church Library
