FUNERAL WEDNESDAY

Mrs. Catherine (Kate) Myers, 77, LeMars native and lifelong resident died Sunday (May 12, 1985) at Floyd Valley Hospital.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in LeMars with Rev. Francis Stabler officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery under the direction of the Luedtke-Feuerstein Funeral Home where the parish rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The former Catherine Weber, she was born July 29, 1907, in LeMars to Victor and Anna Wilhelmi Weber. She was in the restaurant business all her working life. Her marriage to Louis D. Myers took place in 1945, He died in 1981.

Survivors are a brother, Herb Weber of LeMars and two sisters, Mrs. Ronald (Mary Anne) Kelley of LeMars and Mrs. Ivan (Lois) Dull of Lees Summit, Mo. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Olga Van de Steeg, and two brothers, Clarence and Dick Weber.
