ARNOLD BRADLEY IS DEAD AT 52
SUPERINTENDENT HERE SINCE ‘79

LeMars Community Schools superintendent Arnold L. Bradley, 52, died early Thursday at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center, Sioux City, after an illness of several months with cancer.

Mr. Bradley was born Jan. 7, 1932, at Hamburg, Iowa, and began his duties as LeMars Community Schools superintendent Oct. 1, 1979.

He was a graduate of Peru State College, Peru, Neb., where he earned a degree as specialist in education. He received a master’s degree in administration at the University of Nebraska.

He was superintendent at Eagle Grove nine years 1970-1979. Prior to that he served at Missouri for three years.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanetta, and six children.

Late Bulletin:
Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at LeMars Community High School. Funeral under the direction of the Mauer Funeral Home will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, LeMars. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Hamburg.
