MARY McCORMICK

Mary (Mollie) McCormick, who had been a resident of Merrill for the past seventy years, passed away on January 11, 1953, at the Sacred Heart Hospital, following a lingering failure in health. She was 88 years of age.

Miss McCormick, who was never married, was born, May 5, 1865, at Galena, Illinois. She came to Merrill with her parents seventy years ago.

Funeral services will be held at Assumption Church in Merrill on January 13, 1953, at 9:30 a.m. Rev. G. Zenzen, of Granville, will officiate at last rites and burial will be in the church cemetery. Luken’s funeral home is in charge of arrangements. There are no known survivors.

Pallbearers will be Vincent Schnepf, William Heissel, Charles Bortscheller, Lester Donlin, John Peduzi, John Erpelding.
