Hazel L. Bultman, 91, of Sioux City, Iowa, died on Friday, December 8, 1989, at a Sioux City convalescent home.

Services were conducted on Monday, December 11, 1989 at the Porter-Dow Funeral Home in Hawarden, the Reverend Loren Vogler of Trinity Lutheran church officiating. Burial was in Grace Hill Cemetery at Hawarden.

The former Hazel Henaman was born on June 8, 1898, at Rock Valley, Iowa. She was educated in he rural schools there and in the high school at Hudson, South Dakota.

She married George Bultman on December 23, 1919, at Hawarden. They farmed southeast of Hawarden and retired into Ireton in 1972, and moved to Sioux City in 1982. Mr. Bultman died on November 10, 1985.

Survivors are a daughter, Margaret Bultman of Sioux City; a brother, George Henaman of
Texarkana, Texas; a sister, Maude (Mrs. Bill) Allen of Stanwood, Washington.
