EVEN BARTELSON, 79, RITES SET AT KINGSLEY

Funeral services for Even Bartelson, 79, Kingsley, who died Tuesday at Sacred Heart Hospital after a long illness, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Dickinson Funeral Home, Kingsley. Rev. Walter Resner, pastor of the First Lutheran Church, will officiate with burial in the Kingsley cemetery.

Mr. Bartelson was born June 22, 1883, near Stavanger, Norway. He came to the United States in 1892. He married Christina Seglem Nov. 6, 1912, at Slayton, Minn. They operated a restaurant at Slayton and farmed near Bingham Lake, Minn., until moving to Kingsley five years ago.

Survivors include the widow and several nieces and nephews of Kingsley.
