Mary L. Wiebersch, 93, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, at Plymouth Manor Care Center in Le Mars.

The former Mary L. Kliehauer was born April 10, 1910, in Grant Township, Plymouth County, the daughter of Henry and Hannah (Dirks) Kliehauer. She received her education at a rural school in Grant Township. She married Fred Livermore on Dec. 27, 1927, at Elk Point, S.D. Following their marriage, the couple lived in Brunsville until 1948, when they moved to Le Mars. Mary had worked for a few restaurants and motels.

In 1962, they moved to Woodstock, Minn. When Fred's health began to fail, they moved back to Le Mars, where Mary became the manager of the All States Motel. Later she was employed at K-Products as a seamstress. Her husband Fred died in June of 1967. She married Cletus Wiebersch on Dec. 28, 1968 in Le Mars. Cletus died in September 1993. After his death, Mary became a resident at Floyd Valley Apartments until November 2002, when she became a resident of Plymouth Manor Care Center in Le Mars.

Mary was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Le Mars and The Christian Mothers Society.

She is survived by a son, Ronald Livermore and his wife Marlene of Hartford, S.D.; a daughter, Mary Lou Kettler and her husband, Don, of Vad Nias Heights, Minn.; a daughter-in-law, Marjorie Livermore of Le Mars; 15 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ottie Kliehauer of Le Mars, and Albert Kliehauer of Cherokee; and four sisters, Mattie Ruble, Emma Harms, Etta Beitelspacher, and Lillian Moeller, all of Le Mars.

She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; a son, Orville H. "Hank" Livermore; two brothers, Jack and Henry Kliehauer; and a sister, Anna Plueger.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Le Mars, with the Rev. William McCarthy as celebrant. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery in Le Mars. The funeral luncheon will be held at the Brunsville Legion Hall following the committal.

Friends may call anytime after 3 p.m. on Monday at the Feuerstein Funeral Home in Le Mars. A Christian Mothers rosary will be at 4 p.m. and the Scriptural Wake Service at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Six grandsons will be pallbearers: Steve Livermore, Kent Kettler, Kurt Kettler, Jim Livermore, John Livermore, and Dick Livermore.
