MRS. FRANK BEGUIN

Mrs. Frank (Lucille) Beguin, 90, lifelong Hinton and area resident, died unexpectedly Tuesday (Dec. 28, 1982) at her home in Hinton.

Her nephew Robert G. Schneider made his home with Mrs. Beguin.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Hinton United Methodist church. Rev. Dale Stone will officiate and burial will be in Memorial Park, Sioux City, under the direction of the Nelson-Berger Northside Funeral Home, Ninth and Jennings, Sioux City.

A prayer service and Order of Eastern Star service were held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

The former Lucille Schneider, she was born Aug. 9, 1892, on a farm near Hinton to Phillip and Virginia Koenig Schneider. She married at Hinton. The couple farmed and he was a rural mail carrier. They retired to Hinton in 1925. Mr. Beguin died in 1979.

Mrs. Beguin was a past matron of Azure Chapter, Order of Eastern Star; a charter member of Casper Post American Legion Auxiliary and a lifelong member of the Melbourne United Methodist church where she was a missionary member.

Survivors are nieces and nephews, Robert G. Schneider, Hinton; Donald Schneider, Hinton; Mrs. Virginia Duffy, Bettendorf; Mrs. Kathryn Scott, St. Petersburg, Fla.; and Mrs. Lucille Newman, Spirit Lake.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and several brothers.
